Very Good
The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The rooms were a decent size for city break. The location is perfect, so much is in walking distance and easy to get to.
The shower is just a hand held head which makes it slightly difficult to shower, it's also not placed high enough on the wall to just stand under. My husband found the beds hard but that's all on personal preference.

Two night stay Osaka
The staff was supportive, we could leave our bagage before we got into the room and the rooms were clean. I also like the fact that they were eco-friendly in cleaning the room only when asked. It's also close to a nice shopping neighbourhood and it's walkable to the center. The public transport is also really close by.
The outside door didn't close 100% and the bathroom was a bit small for two Dutch guys of around 2 meter high. ;)

Convenient stay in the heart of Den Den electric town
The perfect location if you want to be in the centre of DenDen Town. I chose the hotel primarily for location, as my OH is an electronics buff, and it was just around the corner from a shop he particularly likes. Staff were great, and very helpful. There was no breakfast, but in the lobby there were extra drinks and soup facilities. Our room had a great view up and down the main street, although it wasn't noisy. I would stay here again. It suited us perfectly for this short visit. I hadn't realised just how close were were to Osaka castle (bus/cab ride away, or walk if you are very energetic) - somewhere I want to visit next time.
Nothing much really.

Great location in a grungy part of the city. Clean, and comfortable enough for a short stay.
This hotel is in a grungy part of Osaka (gives cyberpunk vibes). The area is peppered with tech and anime shops, as well as maid and karaoke cafes, and sex stores. It is on the edge of the red light district, so you will see some soliciting at night. If that doesn't bother you, it's in a great location within walking distance of Dotonbori and Shinsekai market. We loved the complimentary tea and miso soup in the mornings, as well as the microwave and dining area to heat up some convenience store food. The staff were outgoing, and the lobby and lounge are cozy. Our twin room was small, but roomy enough to open luggage.
The bathroom had an odd layout and was difficult to use. There was an air duct running the length of the shower which made it difficult for me (6'0" tall) to stand while washing myself. The air outside the hotel room smelled horrible, so despite the room being too warm, you may want to keep the window shut.
